Nicholas Athanail is a trusted real estate broker at Corcoran Group who has been serving clients since 2002. A repeat Broker of the Month and Multi-Million-Dollar Club member, Nick is known for his honest guidance, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to making each transaction smooth and successful.
A valedictorian graduate of Manhattanville College and a law graduate of New York University School of Law, Nick practiced transactional law at top New York firms for more than a decade before transitioning to real estate.
A lifelong New Yorker and property owner, he brings deep knowledge of Manhattan and a client-first approach to every deal. Outside of real estate, Nick serves as Vice Chair of Manhattan Community Board Five and Director of the Flatiron BID, and has been president of his condo board since 1998.
